The service assumes buyer and seller have already found each other. Bolignett.no is delivered by Bolignett AS, with more than 20 years of experience building systems for property transactions.
So the law firm does not need its own client account for estate agency in this cooperation. If the lawyer only writes contracts, no estate agency licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority is needed either. That saves both time and money. We have steel-tight control of settlements under both the Sale of Real Property Act and the Housing Construction Act.
