Our service for private / others
Settlements for private sellers
If you are transferring property within the family, between friends, neighbours or anyone else you have an agreement with, you can use our online service with Bolignett.no.
Family, neighbour or friend? We settle it.
The whole process runs through Bolignett.no, but there are always professionals on the other side of the screen. Pre-filled templates are good, but in our experience trained eyes and professional control questions are often needed as well. We have steel-tight control of settlements under both the Sale of Real Property Act and the Housing Construction Act.
From NOK 14,950 incl. VAT. Outlays and costs come in addition.
